A computer model of a fairly small part is shown in Figure 1.
This is a part of an ear-mounted earpiece and microphone. This part is made of a plastic that will conduct small amounts of electricity and dissipate static charges. Two of the parts would leave room to spare if laid on a persons thumbnail.
The mold for this part makes two parts at once. Figure 2 shows a dime with the two molded parts and runner.
